President of the Birkdale Conservative Club, President of the Southport Chrysanthemum Society, Member of the Dunkirk Veterans Association and vegetable grower par excellence! Fred will be missed by all. Particular thanks to the Staff of Hope Cottage for all their kindness and hard work.
